Dr. Bishnu Charan Sahoo − Chairman & Managing Director
A first generation entrepreneur, Dr. Sahoo was the guiding force behind establishment of the Cement Dealership business by the family which had achieved many of the milestones in the state and at a time, it was considered the 2nd largest cement dealer in the state .He also guided the family to expand into construction and real estate development through his own vision at a time when the concept was un known to many.
Being an eminent educationist, he has been bestowed with several prestigious awards for his outstanding achievements. His PH. D research paper on " A Study Of Role Perception And Functioning Of Educational Managers Working At Secondary Education Level In Orissa" was highly acclaimed as a master piece in the field of education providing enough innovative ideas for the educationists, academicians and administrators.
After his retirement from his Govt. Service, he is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and activities of the Company.
Er. Anshuman Sahoo − Director
Er. Anshuman is one of the founders Director of the company. Soon after his graduation in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Institute MS Ramiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, he is fully involved with the planning and execution activities. He has handled and mastered the areas of Project Execution, Quality, Technology, Process, Customer Relationship Management, Engineering & Design and many other facets of the business. He has spearheaded the growth of the organization during the last few years continues to drive the organization into a leadership position in the developed plotted Schemes and real estate.
To capitalize on the external developments, he was associated with execution of various high-tech projects in metro cities of Mumbai & Bangalore.
He has also undertaken "Executive Management Course" from the KIITs School of Management Bhubaneswar.
