The company came into being with a unique idea of a 100 flats housing project − the first of its kind in Bhubaneswar and way back in 1999. We brought in the concept of simplex and duplex structures and the project was a huge success − so much that we were encouraged to venture into a more uncommon project of providing the twin city of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack with a mega Integrated Residential project. Named "Vishnu Vihar", the project came up in 120 acres of land and it is promising that more than 90 acres have already been sold to more than 1000 satisfied customers.
