Eminence Corporation Private Limited, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, was originally incorporated in the year 1999 by the name & style of SATYABISHNU BUILDERS PVT LTD & which had changed to EMINENCE CORPORATION PVT LTD in the financial year 2011-2012 with the Registrar of Companies, Cuttack under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India for the express purpose of carrying on Real Estate activities in the form of development of Residential as well as Commercial projects.

In the year of inception of the company in 1999, realty development was a rare kind of business concept in Bhubaneswar. However, sensing the need of the people, it launched a simplex and duplex housing project of more than 100 houses in the Capital City of Bhubaneswar which got an overwhelming response and the entire project was sold within a very short span of time.

Simultaneously, the company infused the idea of plotting Development Scheme, at a distance of within 5 KM from Bhubaneswar off the NH-5, located in between the twin city of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Seeing the positive response for such scheme, the company continued to acquire more land at the same place with a plan to develop the entire area as an integrated residential township connected with well developed roads. The company has already sold about 90 acres of land to a satisfied customer base ranging more than one thousand.
