Every flat is being designed with utmost priority to the end user, his requirements and to create a homely atmosphere. Project has been conceptualized to give maximum utilization of space and to provide maximum privacy to each flat. A niche garden at the front has been created to allow maximum flats to have an exposure to the green outside and play area for the kids. The central corridors has been taken as 7′0 wide to allow free movement. Four nos. of rooms fully furnished has been created at the roof top along with a community hall, health club, and indoor games facility, etc.

All the inhabitants of the project can take the opportunity of fully furnished rooms and the banqueting facility at his requirement at a minimal cost from the society.

A pharmacy unit with a medical unit has been created at the entrance to facilitate the project with all types of basic/first aid medical requirements in house in case of need.

Overall we have tried to create an atmosphere where every individual shall feel at home with all his basic needs been taken care off.
